Throw in a global pandemic and it is no surprise that many of us may struggle with achieving balance, maintaining good nutrition and taking time for ourselves.Join us for an interactive workshop on effective nutritional practices you can implement for yourself and your family. During the workshop, we will have a brief virtual yoga session to get our blood pumping and feeling relaxed!
