Running a small business takes copious amounts of time and effort. Small business owners are responsible for managing all aspects of their company, including finances, marketing, sales, social media, customer service, pricing, and managing employees.
The Cedar City Chamber of Commerce and the Women’s Business Center of Utah are joining together to provide you with the tools you need to help your business grow by learning to manage the day-to-day operations of your business.
The Small Business Management Series divides into specific business-related topics. Each quarter we will cover six different topics led by experienced business professionals.
In the first quarter, we will cover the following topics:
