Utah Department of Workforce Services Amber was raised in Southern Utah and graduated from Dixie State University. She's worked for the Utah Department of Workforce Services for almost 10 years and trained employees, job seekers and employers for Utah's unique workforce. Amber is a trained employment specialist and workforce development specialist for job seekers and employers, and provides employment counseling, veteran services, job development, professional service techniques including how to interview and how to prevent discrimination in recruitment.
Clancy Stone
Business Advisor-Northern Region
Women's Business Center of Utah
Clancy was an officer in the U.S. Army and then transitioned to corporate America, where she was often the only woman at the table. She realized women need a better understanding of their strengths and how to leverage them to become leaders. Later she started her own coaching business. Clancy joined the WBCUtah team where she continues to help women live their best lives, both professionally and personally.
Debbie Drake

Debbie Drake is affectionately known as a ‘squirrel girl’ by her close and crazy friends! She has a lot of interests and always wants to learn new things. Debbie has had careers in banking, construction and higher education and has been a home designer, artist and is passionate about helping women being successful in building their businesses and following their dreams. She is currently the Director for Women’s Business Center of Utah in Cedar City and is charged with serving the women business owners in the 15 southern and eastern counties of Utah. The Women’s Business Center of Utah provides free one on one counseling and free or low cost trainings, while helping to encourage, build confidence and create opportunities for women to be successful in their entrepreneurial journey.
