USDOT West Central will be holding a 7 week training to help small businesses build capacity. Participants will learn from top executives in construction accounting, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, strategic planning, marketing, surety and project estimating. This training will not only benefit business owners in the construction industry but anyone wanting to learn more about accounting, negotiation, marketing, etc.
