Event Description:
All business owners will find a time when they cannot run their business (either temporarily or permanently), which means that having a process in place for others to run your business or sell are an important part of your business plan. This course will provide you with tools that will make these plans an integral part of your business and help you to understand the value of your business.
About the Presenter:
Diane Hartz Warsoff is the CEO/Owner of Transworld Business Advisors of Utah County. Diane is a risk management and financial professional with depth and breadth of experience across all business types. She has extensive experience in commercial financial services, with an in-depth understanding of business valuation and operations. Prior to joining Transworld, Diane was most recently the CEO of the Community Development Corporation of Utah. Before CDCU, she was Vice President at Zions Bancorporation.
Diane earned an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.S. in Economics in Finance and MIS from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania.
Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Diane has lived in Utah for nearly 30 years. She is an active community volunteer, serving as Treasurer on the United Jewish Federation of Utah’s board of directors, while working with several other nonprofits. She had a blast as a French interpreter at the 2002 Salt Lake Olympics.
