Tara Spalding, Interim CEO and CPO of Kinect Capital will teach participants on startup capital types such as dilutive, non-dilutive, and debt based options according to company performance, maturity and preference. Tara will also walk the participants though a quiz for capital path options.
Tara Spalding is Interim CEO and CPO at Kinect Capital, Utah-based non-profit organization that assists, coaches, and provides mentoring to entrepreneurs who are raising investment capital. She is also the Chairperson at WeAngels.Capital, providing an educational program and community-advised investment path to activate investors who intend to support women+ founded and gender-diverse businesses in Utah and surrounding states.
