Women's Business Center of Utah
Lisa’s background is in retail management and nonprofit administration. She spent twenty-one years working for the Boy Scouts of America, working with volunteers, planning events, fundraising, membership retention, and volunteer recruitment. She spent the first 14 years of that career managing the retail store for this organization.
She is passionate about her job as Program Coordinator for the Women’s Business Center of Utah, providing training, resources, and events to empower and train women in business ownership. She believes helping women to be successful in their lives is valuable, whether it be in business or in general. Building a community resource for the women of Southern and Eastern Utah through a Facebook group is her latest project with the WBCUtah.
Lisa is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys spending time with her husband, hiking, camping, and exploring new places. She also enjoys making crafts and decorating her home. She loves swimming and being near water - whether it is a pool, lake, waterfall, or the ocean. Her dream is to one day live in a tropical location near the water.
