Event Description:
The "Start Small, Think Big" class will be focused on providing an overview of key components of creating a growth strategy, using real-world examples that can be easily applied to any business. Everyone has to start planning at some point but not starting at any point is where we fail to move forward, keeping us stuck in analysis paralysis. After this course, you will be able to take actionable steps to help you take your business to the next level of growth.
Meet Our Presenter
Kimberly Vasquez
My name is Kim, and I'm the owner of Sent Consulting, where my focus and passion is helping small businesses in their end-to-end growth transformation. I'm a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of program and project management experience, with the last few years focused on business strategy and scaling for growth. Additionally, I've launched two businesses in the past eight years and helped many others to build strategies and processes. I am always excited about taking on new ventures and love to help build something from nothing.
My experience stems from various industries, like education, mining, food service (our family owns a restaurant ), and software development. Each of these experiences taught me so much and has given me a unique view of how to solve an array of business problems. My heart and passion are serving the community I live in, especially supporting women and small business owners to see their fullest potential.
Beyond work, I'm a proud Puerto Rican American, wife, mom of six (his, mine, and ours), and glama. My favorite things are trying unique foods, dancing, singing, and of course, serving the community. I truly love meeting new people and having new experiences.
