Ascendant Tracker Inc is a mental health software company that helps individuals and mental health providers gather more data throughout the treatment journey. The Ascendant Tracker mobile application helps any individual easily track their patterns and symptoms at the press of a button and helps you visualize progress over time. The Ascendant Tracker Provider Portal allows mental health providers (therapists, counselors, psychiatrists, etc) to gain have easy access to their patient's data gathered through the mobile application in a visualized live dashboard. Through this dashboard they can export reports of their patients data as well as customized different aspects of the app to tailor to each patient's needs and treatment goals. Ascendant Tracker helps increase the efficiency of sessions/appointments, decreases doorknob confessions, and increases patient satisfaction and involvement throughout their treatment journey.
