About Us

I help families thrive through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting. I serve families primarily in the Davis and Weber county areas primarily as a birth doula.

As a birth doula, I work in conjunction with the rest of my clients’ birth care teams to provide personalized care. My aim is to increase the safety and satisfaction of my clients throughout the entire perinatal period. I provide education, resources, and hands-on support to families as they go through the process of pregnancy and birth. My clients make the right choices for their unique families and I am proud to help them work toward their goals- whatever those goals are! I support planned home births, planned cesarean births, inductions, epidurals, and everything in between.
