                                        I offer both virtual and in-person conflict resolution training for a variety of settings from one-on-one, to small groups, to large groups for businesses large and small. My trainings focus on teaching employees theory-based skills related to conflict resolution with a focus on listening. I believe that conflict is complex and yet there are simple things we can do successfully navigate conflict.
