About Us

I am an east coast transplant who followed my heart to Utah. Cheryls Bagels was born as a solution to a very personal problem. When I was unable to find bagels like those I was used to on the east coast thus my quest to replicate those crusty, chewy, flavorful bagels I grew up with began. I pride myself on using simple ingredients and old-school methods. Each and every bagel is hand rolled, boiled, and then baked by me personally. It takes time, patience, and strong arms to make good bagels. I am thrilled to share a bit of east coast foodie with my new friends in Utah.
