I am the Founder and the CEO of Elite Dental Force. My goal is to share all of my 40+ years of experience with all the Dental Offices that are in need of our Services and our Expertise. I am very excited to consult with each office and to bring in our management system to help improve their situation and to get their office to a higher level. Elite Dental Force are here to offer 100% support and to be part of each office teams but never to replace anyone. My Vision is to be able to help all of my team become leaders and to be co-owners not just staff for my company. I believe everyone deserves an opportunity to own their own company when you have a strong management system, tools and a strong team of expertise to support them.
