                                        Hi, my name is Heidi and I am a life coach. I work with widows and widowers to design a life and home they love after loss.  When I was 38 years old, my husband Bruce was killed in a car accident. Our two daughters were 3 and 5 at the time. Life coaching helped me get back to loving life again by challenging my limiting thoughts and beliefs. By helping me see my feelings as important and necessary to feel. By helping me believe in new possibilities for my life, I started to look forward to my future again.  I want this for you too.
