Windstone Counseling, LLC nurtures healing, both the relationship with oneself and others, by incorporating therapeutic interactions with horses throughout the treatment process.
Windstone Counseling, LLC was established in 2017 in Utah County as an outpatient mental health provider specializing in equine-assisted psychotherapy with individuals, groups, couples, and families. This unique treatment approach incorporates evidence-based interventions combined with therapeutic interactions with horses into sessions targeting symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment, low self-esteem, body image, and communication deficits. At Windstone Counseling, LLC, we are committed to deliver holistic and mindful approaches that support you along your path to become balanced and whole. We believe in providing a compassionate, confidential, and an empowering experience and strive to achieve positive outcomes that are clear, lasting and measurable. Sessions are held at the Mountain Ridge Equestrian Center in Mapleton, UT.
