This will be an afternoon of shopping women-owned businesses, a content-rich panel of globally successful women entrepreneurs and networking with great company.
This event is co-hosted by the Women's Business Center of Utah and the World Trade Center Utah.
To celebrate National Small Business Week Women's Business Center of Utah in Cedar City will be hosting a breakfast to celebrate women business owners in southern and eastern Utah. This event will celebrate the diversity of women business owners in our rural communities and the value they bring to our economy and our communities.
The event will include a breakfast buffet catered by the Courtyard by Marriott Cedar City. We will begin with breakfast and the opportunity to network. Our program will feature a slide presentation of successful women business owners from our recent photo tour. Debbie Drake, Progam Director, will tell us the highlights of the last year and the impact we are making to help women be successful in their businesses.
Details about our guest speaker will be coming soon! Men and women business owners are invited to learn about capital accessibility and funding sources to grow businesses. Tara Spalding, Interim CEO and CPO of VentureCapital.Org will teach participants on startup capital types such as dilutive, non-dilutive, and debt based options according to company performance, maturity and preference. Tara will also walk the participants though a quiz for capital path options. Google tools like Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Ads can all help to grow your business. Learn how to organize your files, increase your sales, and create a Google Business Profile with these helpful tips. Join Grow with Google National Digital Coach, Angelina Darrisaw for a special workshop on how to launch and grow your business with key marketing strategies and digital tools like Google Analytics, Google Business Profile & YouTube; followed by a discussion with Brown Girl Jane Co-Founder Nia Jones on how to build a disruptive wellness and beauty brand.
